Late Pahvant Elk Hunt

So I drew a late Pahvant tag and I'm having the worst time finding any elk. I go scouting every weekend and all I see are cows and some little dinky bulls. I have never hunted this area before so I don't know where they winter range at or where to even look down here. Any info would be greatly appreciated I'm so frustrated and have not even started the hunt yet.

Hey huntin fool, My dad has a tag for the late hunt and he has seen some great bulls. I don't know how long you have to hunt but my dad has the whole hunt off. And I know after he kills his that we would love to keep hunting and we'd take you to kill one if you still haven't filled your tag. If you are interested send me a message with your contact information. I can't really share anything with you til after my dad kills his. Don't settle on the first 340 bull you see. We've seen lots of 350+. good luck to you.
