Help!!!!

Thanks in advance for any help!!! I have an uncle that drew the late cow tag for Diamond fork sheep creek area small unit went up on sat they have closed down most every road for the winter he depends on the meat every year and is a great guy!!! I am going to help as much as possible but hunt southern Utah every year and don't know the area very well... So any advice would be very much appreciated.
