I think you need to go back to the drawing board and start all over because nothing is showing!!!

If it's about the shot, then good job for not taking a shot that you weren't comfortable with.

If it's about the bull, he looks like one I'd be happy with.

I think if you had a good shot at that bull and you didn't let it fly, you either saw something bigger or your nucking futs! I would have shot that bull just for his 4ths! That's a hell of a bull.

It's always an adventure!!!

That is an Ari unit ten bull that took me 15 years to draw for and I should have let it fly as he had the biggest back end I have ever seen and I feel I would have drilled him at 78 but there were extenuating circumstances and I was having a heart attack at the time and tried to get closer and didnt-I almost died and had to back off and never got on him again. My buddy was videoing behind me and thanks to him I am still alive---although I wish I would have released at 78---a heck of a bull--huge straight six and nothing broken. Still dreaming--- and thankful to be!!

Well, when you have to choose between shooting a bull like that and saving your own ass, I believe you did the right thing. If you were having a heart attack and had shot that bull, you would have died on the mountain my friend. I would have said you were nucking futs for not paying attention to your body. Smart move on your part.

It's always an adventure!!!

Great Bull, Glad you came out of it ok.

78 yards with a bow? Hell yes I do. Even though I missed my bull this year at 70. But I practiced all year out to 80. When you have them things that close It sure dont seem very far at all.

No man... I disagree. On your death bed you'll still be wishin you would have let one fly. We all say we want to kill a huge bull before we pass on. You had your chance and blew it.

Just kiddin. Looks like a great bull. You have pics and sounds like a video to relive the memories.

Ive had a bull of a lifetime at 80 yards for 20 min and never got another chance,I know exactly how it feels.Still one of the best hunts Ive ever had,the excitement was unbelievable.

So when I draw this year for Archery in unit 10 you going to give me some pointers????

Wow, at first I thought you were joking about your heart racing with a bull like that in front of you, then I realized that you were really meaning that you were having a heart attack. Glad to hear that you are ok.

thanks man-I appreciate it--finally starting to recover a little from open heart surgery and just having time to recap the hunt.Still wish I had released and pounded him. A true 400 bull
