Craig/Hamilton CO Area Tresspass Fees

In the past, I've hunted BLM land in unit 12 and 13 with reasonable success. Its difficult access and surrounded by private property. This year, I plan to hunt the third season there and would like to have more options. If anyone has any references for private property access and tresspass fees for this area or around Craig, please pm me. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Iv'e hunted in N/W Colorado for over 30 years, used to be you could hunt on P.P, for $50.00 a day, now the going rate starts out at $1,000.00 for deer and add elk and just about double it, one outfiter,charges $2,500.00 for three days of tresspass, just for deer, I have been taking decent bucks 22"-25" 4x4's, and have saved thousands, hunting on public land. It is nice not having to compete for the animals though, so you have to decide if the money is worth it. Plenty of good property to hunt, not a bad unit in N/W Colorado! Good luck.

Thanks for your help. The trespass fees are a little pricey - looks like I'll continue to hunt my old public ground favorites.
