Biggest Buck Ever

I found this picture cutout from a newpaper from Colorado sometime in the 1960's. It was hidden behind another picture in my dad's old photo album. I have no idea of what this buck is but from the looks of him, he's pretty much amazing. If anyone has any info on this buck, I would love to find out anything. Let me know what you guys think.

I read that the buck was taken Oregon and cut up for knife handles. Those old-timers sure had some sick and demented ways of treating big antlers.
