New member here...but long time lurker. Our small group will be heading back to Colorado for an OTC/DIY elk hunt again this fall while we build points. After staring at maps over and over and over we have selected an area in 14 we want to start at. I'm not looking for anyone's honey hole, but if there's a local or someone expirenced with this area and would like to share some general info I'd be very grateful. Basicly wondering if the area I've chosen will allow us to get away from the crowds we expirenced last year in 231 and give us the oportunity to find some elk.
