CO LO Tag Question

Got a question I'm hoping someone can answer....

Think I may have screwed up. Applied for Points Only in CO this year. Can I still purchase a LO TAG?

The leftover list is usually out around mid-summer, and there are generally plenty of leftover tags for undersubscribed areas. The leftovers are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Thanks for the answers. How bout a follow up question? I assume that if I didn't find a leftover that I wanted, I could still purchase a landowner tag, if I could find one.

yes.....

LAST EDITED ON Apr-05-07 AT 08:29PM (MST)[p]It sounds like people are getting the leftover draw confused with left over licenses going on sale to the public. To get into the leftover draw you need to not draw any tag from your application, then you would have had to check the box on your application as leftover draw. They will then send you a list of available tags and you re-apply for those leftover license. After that drawing the left over licenses go on sale to the public it is then first come first served. Now for the original question about what happens when you apply for a point. I don't know if you can be considered for the leftover draw but you can buy a left over license.
