LAST EDITED ON Jul-09-12 AT 01:53PM (MST)[p]Just got my dad's Utah bull back from Curtis at Monarch Mountian Taxidermy. The hunt video and pics are on by blog (link below)

Curtis is an advertiser here on the site and I'm glad we used him.

Love the pedestal, great detail and a decent bull. That is awesome. Way to go!!

Awesome. Love the curvature of that right antler. Pretty unique. Congrats again to your Pa!

Sweet bull and mount Andy !!!

Tell your pops congrats!

I have a Monarch Mountian Taxidermy bull on my wall and can attest to the quality. Curtis does some great work and I get "that mount is incredible" comments all the time.

Cheers,
Pete

Love the mount and the habitat. Can you tell me how much space does that mount need? How high are your ceilings and the footage that it sits on. I would like something similar I think.

Pretty bull, great looking base ...

The base is 43" by 43" with chamfered corners. The tallest antler point is 91" from the floor and the ceilings are 8 feet.

The elk extends 9 inches forward beyond the base.

Hope this helps. Even with eight foot ceilings this mount fits great.

Curtis does excellent work and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!!!

Let me know if you have any other questions

Very nice. Thanks for posting that. My house has really low ceilings and I have wondered what I could do for a mount if I ever get a nice bull. This looks like a perfect solution.
