Nebo Elk Hunt SOS?

I have a PLE for Nebo. I have been scouting and have only came across a few bulls. I don't know the area all that well. I've heard the unit is not what it used to be but I also believe the tag reductions is a good step in the right direction. I was hoping to get any information on any good bulls spotted? Thank You from the inside of my elk loving bones.

Thanks UTM. I'll need it from the information I have collected about this unit. I think someone turned this tag back in and that's how I ended up with it.

My buddy has a deer tag for that area. He's had his camera up for a month and a half. He's only had cow elk on there. Not one spike has even shown up. I wouldn't even know where to begin to look. Possibly some bulls might show up in a week or so here with the rut setting in.

That's really what I'm hoping, that things will heat up soon since some bulls are stripping already. The cows that I've seen have been very vocal. I did see two bulls on Sunday by blackhawk. I seen some bucks but just 2 & 3 points. But I truly think things will get better when the bulls begin to vocalize.

I wouldn't turn the tag back. With 100% success rate for this Premium tag last year, I don't think it should be too bad.
