NM Unit 13

I've got a second season archery tag. Anyone have some PM info on the unit? I've got my areas I've been to but can't help but notice all of the tribal land. Just curious if anyone's got some more ideas.

With the way NM jacked NR this year I'll probably never draw again!

There is alot of public land to hunt in 13. Stay away from the rez.'s unless you want a big fine for hunting illegally,same with Nat. Monument land. I been scouting it for my deer hunt and keeping an eye on the bulls for buddy who has a bow hunt. Very nice bulls this year and I have seen some good bucks. He showed me a pic of a big buck to tease me.....and I didn't tell him where the monster bull was...

Stay away from the roads and you will find the elk in 13. As Hank stated above, there are some big bulls to be found in 13 this year. That is all you really need to know.
