Call the fish and game or no?

So here is my concern i have a farm that runs along what used to be a high fenced elk ranch. They no longer have elk in there but my concern for the past few years there is a wash in our property that runs to there fence and it looks like they have cut it. That is letting wild elk and deer in then when the hunt comes they case them and they cant escape and kill them is that legal?

sounds illegal too me. id call for sure! no harm and calling and talking to them about your concerns. i would just state you have suspicions and see what they say.

Illegal in Ne. They fined an ex NFL football player in the state who owns a ranch north of me who tried that little ploy. I assume each state has its own laws on that but I would think most would deem it illegal.
