Wyoming Region R deer

My dad, son and I drew deer tags for region R this fall. In looking at the maps there appears to be a road going up the bottom of Cottonwood Creek (north east of Lovell). Can anyone tell me about that road - is it passable in a jeep? Are there any good bucks to be found in the huge canyons along that rim? How about Devil Canyon? It looks super rugged but sometimes that's the perfect place to find bucks once they start feeling hunting pressure.

We hunted F a few years ago, after tagging out we took a long cruise through Ten Sleep, Buffalo and around to Burgess Jct, can't hunt the wilderness areas without a guide. Lot's of badlands west of Ten Sleep so we've opted to stay in the area we hunt. Not much help, good luck!
