Arizona Draw results are online.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-18-07 AT 07:10PM (MST)[p]Nada for me but the kids are going to 16A for deer on the junior hunt. They got tag #1 and #2.

I seem to have encountered a problem and I would really appreciate some advice. I checked my results and they state I was rejected because of "no license number nor license application". I wrote my license number, which I bought when I applied for elk and antelope earlier this year and Arizona G&F mailed to me, right in the slot where it asked for it. I doubled checked the number to validate it before I mailed it. So, what recourse do I have? On top of not being in the draw, they were sure happy to cash my checks (non-resident deer and sheep) and hold it this long. This is not right.
Thank you in advance.

Drew my 12AW late on my 12th try. now that I drew out we need to change the rules so guys with less than max points have a chance.

Mbogo,

I imagine you will have to call them and see if they have your app on file, I always make copies of my app regradless if it is paper or online along with copies of my payment type, every year there is always some people that get screwed by mistakes, I hope you get yours fixed. Best of luck

I drew Unit 13A as a non-resident. No kiddin'.

I guess it helped to have max points.

Good luck to all who drew!

LAST EDITED ON Jul-18-07 AT 09:06PM (MST)[p]12B west. Not the unit I wanted but I messed up the draw numbers, so it's time to suck it up and make the best of it :)
I would love to talk to anyone with experience or advice in this unit,, :)

I drew 12 AW late also.
Wow, three 12 AW late tags and two 13 tags on this thread.
Norby, Huntin Dude, are you guys non residents like me.

Looks like come December were going to have some Mule Deer photos posted.

36b dec coues my friend mark has 12aw late and my dad has a sheeeeeeeep tag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Dad and two of my brother's drew 12aw late. 270Longshot what unit did your dad get a sheep tag in.

I also drew a 12A West late tag!!!! Only had 4 points and drew tag #45 to boot. Seems like a lot of guys are drawing the same hunt. Hopefully we'll get some good weather to get them moving and rutting for the hunt.

Well as usual I drew nothing, even though I had 8 BP's for deer and 14 for sheep.

However, my brother who earlier this year drew an early rifle bull elk tag in Unit 23 North (with 16 BP's), hit the deer jackpot with a 13B (AZ STRIP) deer tag! He's got tag 58....

He had just 5 BP's in drawing this tag, so being a resident does have a few benefits, doesn't it?

My lady friend flushed all her deer points (6) and drew and early westside Kaibab tag. She was tired of waiting for a Strip tag...

Looks like another busy year for us in the northland.

I'll hopefully get me another Strip hunter and hopefully another Kaibab hunter for the early and late hunts, and I'll be a happy guy!

Looks like I get to do an archery deer hunt on the Kaibab, so gonna be seeing a lot of mule deer this fall!

Nothing for me and my brothers, but my wife on the first try drew 12b west early. She's stoked. Her first hunt, so if anyone has any info for me, I'd surely appreciate it. My four small kids are going to see there mom out in the field.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-19-07 AT 07:53AM (MST)[p]Mbogo, If you have a copy of your application and a copy of your check you need to go to the main office (if possible) if you are a NR then you'll have to work by phone and fax. It's a pretty reliable system but they do make mistakes. If you have a copy of your completed application with the hunt numbers filled in they will go pull your copy they will have on file if they check out the same you may get a tag if they made a mistake. It happened to me about 20 years ago and I got a tag. If you don't have the copies you more than likely are SOL. The phone number of the dept. is 602-942-3000. Just remeber that faxes can be changed and copied pretty easily so make suer there isn't any differences on your original copy of the application. I hope you have them and good luck!

Finally got my 18B tag. Got to go find the son of the one I have on my wall.

Should be a fun Oct. First hunt elk either sex in SW CO., and deer in AZ.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-19-07 AT 09:38PM (MST)[p]My son and I drew 16A. This will be his first mule deer hunt. Last year he scored a nice little white tail buck on his first ever deer hunt. That was the best hunt of my life so far. Can't wait for this year! We also drew 30B Javalina and the hunts are only a week apart, opposite ends of the state.
