I drew a 3rd season deer tag for 69, 84, 86, 861, 691. I am new to the area and have done some scouting and had some input from some of you guys, (thanks stryker and a3dhunter). I did a little looking around Ophir Creek and did not see much at all. Am I missing something?
I also looked aroung Hardscrabble mountain and thought it was not as good as some of the other areas, but saw a decent amount of bucks. My only concern is where these deer will be in early November. Any more input from you who know the area better than me? Would any of the private land owners be willing to allow access? Thanks again for the help. PM me if you prefer.
