While driving through Reno today I passed a dirty truck with a dirty quad in the back and a great looking 4x4 with about a 6 in drop tied to the quad. The hunting bug hit me hard when I saw that buck. Never did catch up with the guy to find out where it was from.

Ah, very exciting news. More good news for me I placed an order for some Vipers and a spotter from Doug. I should be hunting with clearer eyes and my heart couldnt get any fuller. Also bought a new pack, cuz my old one literally died, so the load should be lighter, or at least feel that way.

I bought lots of new gear this year. One item was a back pack stove and a lot of dehydrated food. I'm sick of sardines!!! I've got friends and relatives traveling from Florida to Nevada to hunt archery mulies with me. I'm helping a friend hunt a Mountain Goat in October and another friend hunt Desert Sheep in November. Not to mention other friends with deer tags and cow elk. I've got a very full season. fatrooster.
