I thought you would all enjoy some summer time pictures of a great mule deer that I ran into this summer. You got to love great velvet mule deer. Let me know what you think of this buck.

What do you mean let you know what we think of that buck???? Why he's simply georgeous!!!!!! I'm really learning to gain more of an appreciation of velvet muleys since I have my first archery tag in hand. I'm learning how important it is to scout summer muleys and find their summer homes. Very nice buck, fatrooster.

In Eelgrass' back yard again. I think he is raising a "game farm" and going to sell tags to the highest bidder. A great looking Buck that is for sure.

Yup, that is the same buck that I posted a pic of in my Yosemite thread. He will let you walk within 10 ft. of him. You see that mark on his face. That has been there for a few years, I believe he was hit by a rimfile or air rifle. Aren't Yosemite bucks great!!!
