Colorado Landowner Vouchers

This last week I talked to a land owner that got 5 archery, 2 rifle and one muzzle loader vouchers. The thing that I didn't like was this land owner has every bit of his land high fenced and he runs controled hunts that do not require any tags. The division tells me that these land owner tags were given to help the land owners that have a lot of wildlife and can't draw tags every year. There are some land owners around here that have only been getting one tag a year and they have equal acreage and have high concentrations of deer and elk on their property. Just wondered what others thought.

That is ridiculous. If you tell me the name of the land owner I will call the DOW myself to report this retard. You really should call them and let them know that this guy is stealing from the state.

The vouchers were designed to provide compensation to landowner for the state's wildlife to live on it. If the land is fenced off then the state's property(wildlife) never sets foot on it and the landowner shouldnt get a damn thing.

The number for the dow personnel that handle the vouchers is (303) 291-7380. If you dont want to mess with pm me the name of the guy or ranch and I will call myself.
