Great bull, tell your hunter congrats. That is a great trophy.
The Wasatch gets ripped because they give out around 600 LE Elk tags. There are a few big ones killed, but it is not the norm. A person does have a better chance if they go guided with a good guide or knows the unit very well.
Now that the DWR is adding the late season hunt, I am betting the quality continues to slide.

No orange because the hunter isn't in the pics I didn't wanna plaster his face all over without his knowing.....
Last day rifle bull. warren was a trooper hunted through pain from bad knees and two blown opportunities on other bulls due to a bad scope, kept trucking to the end and was rewarded with a great bull!

Thanks guys for all the nice comments. It was a great experience and an awesome hunt. By the way its only one bad knee. Two advil and a couple shots of Jack Daniels each nite kept the pain at a tolerable level. BB you and the crew at the marina are top shelf.

It was an exceptionally tough elk hunt this year for most rifle tag holders, with the hot weather and weak rut! So that is definitely an EXCEPTIONAL BULL!
