I have a pretty good honey hole for the general season archery elk hunt. I am looking for someone to hunt with me that is somewhat experienced in calling in bulls. There is a lot of hiking involved and a 4 wheeler is a must. When we get into this area we are usually the only ones. I have only seen 3 other hunters in the last 4 years up there. The elk are not monsters, but you can get the occasional 350 or so bull. I am leaving on the 5th of September arriving late at night setting up camp and hunting the 6th through the 13th. 3 years ago my friend shot a raghorn 4 point. last year I shot a nice 5 point that we never were able to find. need to bring all your own gear. I would like to hunt with someone who is dedicated to hunting this area for a few years with me, everyone else ends up going to college and can't hunt it the next year. The closest 4 wheeler trail is a mile away so come prepared. Area is in Northern Utah.
