Well, assuming you already have top of the line optics, atv's and everything else. I would use it to plan a trip to alaska. You can put a hefty down payment on a hunt for next fall, then come up with the rest between now and then.

Obviously you want a mule deer or you would post your question in a different forum. Spend it on a hunt with Maury Jones in Wyoming. Guy has first class business and did you see the buck that his guide service produced in the greys? Jackson Hole Outfitters.

Spend $1500 and have the Steens Outfitters do a drop camp for you in the Snake River Unit. Packed in 20-25 miles and great hunting!

The other $2000 on taxidermist cost from the BIG BULL you would kill!
