Buck worth shooting in a 2 point unit??

We took these photos a few years ago and I wonder how many guys would love to see this buck in a 2 point only unit! I know I would.

I could be wrong but would this be legal for a "2 point only unit"? Im not so sure it would be!

According the the 1x6 elk post it would be legal!

Idaho Regs say:

TWO-POINT DEER: Only deer with not more than
two points on one side, not including the brow point or
tine, and at least one antler longer than three inches may
be taken in any season which is open for two-point deer
only. A point is an antler projection that is at least one
inch long and longer than the width of the projection.

Since they say "Not including the brow point" I think this guy would qualify.
 
Nice pic's Shelby. I think you used to work with my brother Cory huh? I would love to see that buck on any general hunt. I would not let him walk!
 
Funny - because that buck would have been leagal on a 3pt. or better unit too.
