i had posted our scouting trip earlier, after much discussion.. looks like it's big twist or big john flats... the Freemont canyon was such a disappointment... last last days of waiting are pure hell... can't work... can't think... can't have se??? well yeah, that too.. back to deer hunter 2005...

"Southern section scouting trip"
I've just return from a 4 day scouting trip around Beaver, the muzzle loader season was going on so we were very cautious of our movements as not to disturb the hunters in the field.
A couple of areas where we had seen lots of deer and some really nice bucks were the ?Big twist area? off of south creek road. Next we went up high, checked out ?Kent's lake area? and ?Big John flats? both were very good areas, good numbers and some really nice bucks...
The ?Freemont canyon? was a disappointment, seen loads of deer, but smaller?ish bucks, (small forkies, small 3 points)... but like I said, our movements were very limited due the hunt in progress.
We never made it to north creek or Puffer lake, those areas have been very good to us in the past...
