LAST EDITED ON Oct-01-13 AT 04:36PM (MST)[p]Did I miss this somewhere or anyone have info. FB says it was killed on the Wasatch recently...

I posted pics that made someones panties bunch up... My apologies

Is the guy like 4 ft tall or is this a really good Bull.

I think a little bit of both, but no matter how far back he is, or how small, it still looks like a really good bull... Still don't get the photo tricks... Especially on a bull like this.

My thoughts exactly. If you shoot a good bull, don't back up into the next county trying to make it look even bigger. It's hard to tell how big that bull is, it's head is as big as the hunter behind him.

The hunter is so far back I didnt see him. Seems to be a big bull though.

It was a great bull and the hunter worked his butt off to kill it. There are some very normal pics (spatially) of this bull but somebody without permission obviously posted what they wanted. Gee, I can't guess why the hunter didn't post his own pictures on this site...

Whip, I posted the pics and once they are plastered AND "shared" all over FB, I figured I would share. Nobody is saying he didnt work his butt off, and no one is saying it isnt a nice bull, but the fact is, the pics were taken to make a huge Bull look even bigger. But if it such a big deal I will remove them for your convenience and happiness... That way no one can enjoy them :)

I checked the pics on the link to FB. It looked to me like he was touching the elk in the pics. How does that mean he was "enhancing" a pic by backing up to another county? I can guarantee that was the furthest thing from his mind.
All the pics were from regular cell phone cameras, nothing staged to pull off any tricks. Crap he's holding the horns and smiling for the camera....seems like a natural thing to do.
One shot at 160 yards, off-hand with a trigger stick and the bull didn't go a foot...nice scenario for a first bull.
Love the bull coming from the MM "expert" photo journalists though always can be counted on to share their expertise.

We LOVE to hunt the RIDGE. Death to !##*?! "Big Jim"

I don't think he knows this site even exists D. He will get a kick out of all this stuff though...he's kind of new to this part of it.

I am personally not a fan of when people take pics "riding" their bull, or photos with the tongue hanging out or a few other types of pics, but I don't really find it my place to dissect somebody's photo with my personal critiques. When you shoot your bull of a lifetime maybe you should take pics however you feel you like. Good call, eh? As for this bull, he is beautiful. He has good fronts, great thirds and unreal fourths! He is just as amazing in person. And the pictures turned out great. Good angles, great lighting and the simplicity of a good old camera phone. Glad to be a part of a hard earned, beautiful bull hunt.

>BTW, they call this bull "Hot
>Jim".

oh and BTW he made that shot with a crappy gun :D

I am pretty sure that bull was killed by Rocky Mountain Outfitters, and the Loveridge Boys, not strawberry bay, unless they teamed up together. I know the guys who killed the bull. Its a stud bull. 23" third and 24" 4ths. Not bad!!!

LAST EDITED ON Oct-02-13 AT 07:01PM (MST)[p]Looks like Hot Jim liked to show off his rack the same way. How dare he lower his head to make them look bigger.

Is that another bull just to the right? I'd love to know if he followed Hot Jim to the cows. Any other recognizable bulls off that camera. PM me.
