i took him in southeast CO 15 miles from my house. all private land in my area and i have no problem getting permission on most of the land.
passed over 10 bucks on opening day. i did see mine the first day but couldnt get a good shot. i sealed the deal arround noon the next day after a 2 hour stalk in a milo field.
this is my first buck. it took me 5 years to get the rifle tag. as for now i am archery hunting. our archery season lasts 67 days and i love every minute of it
here he is. not the biggest it my area thats for sure, but i am happy with him.300lbs live wieght, 26 inches outside spread with good mass and tine length. havnt scored him yet for some reason but i think he should go arround 180? what do you guys think
