Clint thats a fine looking buck. The mass on the narrow frame looks kool.

That is a fantastic deer, narrow or not!!

He looks like he might be young.
If so....could you imagine the possibilities???

Thats is one cool looking buck. IMO the narrow massive bucks are much better looking than the big wide willow horned bucks. Great buck any how.

NICE Clinte!!!

MAKE SURE THE FREEZER IS KICKIN!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE COST PER POUND IS BUT IT AIN'T CHEAP ANYMORE!!!

THE ONLY bobcat THAT KNOWS ALOT OF YOU HAVE HAD THIS IMAGE IN YOUR PEA BRAIN BUT DUE TO POOR SHOOTING TACTICS I'M STILL KICKIN!!!

hey clint this is shanes little brother that was stationed in colorado springs, pic on the phone was more impressive but its a nice deer. congrats

Thanks all

This Buck was young I would say 3.5 years old. I have mixed feelings about that fact, I have always given my cousin a hard time for killing first year 4 points and then I went out and killed this buck.. As for potential this buck had lots of it infact probably more then some of the 4 points I give my cousin a hard time about.... I have no problam with someone killing a 4 point or even a spike but I would like to see some people try and do better each year.. This Buck is one I am Very Happy with but on the same hand think I should have passed on him I new that he was young before I shot him but could not pass up his unique antlers.... Maybe I will make a post about this very question

Again thanks all for the complements

We had a Ball and seen lots of deer and could have shot many differnt bucks each day but we tried to hold out for the big breeder bucks to come out of the wood work.. We did see 3 Big boys I missed one and my freind missed the other the 3rd one only showed up one night and we did not have a good shot at him so we passed praying he would come back in the morning he did not show up again

Please don't. Its been hashed out on here more than the 550" bull from 5 states.

It's Bush's fault!!!

You can never go wrong with character like that. He'll look good whereever he's displayed. Congrats. Did Amy go on this one, or did you stop taking her cause she keeps out doing you? ;-)

Ok, I am a green horn, and I will admit to it right up front. Some of the jargon that is passed around here, is really strange to me. I am not much of a Trophy Hunter.
What are "Inlines" on antlers ? This buck looks mighty fine to me, no matter the sizes of the ones that got away, but since I am so NEW, to talking intelligently about hunting Mule Deer of any size, I will dare to ask the conditions most commonly encountered when hunting this species... < Perhaps, I should just PM you directly, if you or anyone could enlighten me about typical conditions that make for a decent kill. From where I sit, I believe you and many others have more than a few Little bucks to your credit.
Which is why I ask. The story is still fresh in your minds.
Just looking to learn as much as I can so I do not appear the fool when I do actually hunt west of the Mississippi.
I want to hunt the Circle K sometime in the near future, does anyone know whether or not the Southwestern part of the state is better than any other part of the state, now and perhaps for next year ??..
I have never hunted big game outside of my home state.
Thanks,
Scott
