Nope, haven't researched the prices lately for luck though in 51. Guessing it would be expensive.
What's the going rate where you are at?

By the way I did have some luck for 51 but seem to have misplaced it or sold it to some other fellow asking for some due to the application period coming up soon. I will try and build it up for a while so I can have some for you next time.

I just thought you might agree... Hunting public is where you prove yourself. Have you applied for you tags yet?

no, applications have not opened yet for CO. Just got the regs today in the mail and they showed up online yesterday.

There is a lot of public land in 51, just an off-hand guess I would say around 60% is public. Large percentage of the unit burned in 2002. There are elk in there, I wouldn't get any visions of seeing a whole bunch though. Its not a physical unit but you will work for them as in hours spent trying to find them.

Ya, I got the regs last week. I'm trying to figure out what to do for deer this year. I'm mostly a archery guy.... Might look into some high country stuff. What are your plans? Did you do any good last year?
