Here you go Ray. If you'd like to post commentary, I'm sure we'd all love to hear it. Sorry about the two different sizes. I've only put pics on here once! Not too shabby of a buck. Congratulations!

Steve thanks for posting for me.I got this buck my biggest archery buck to date in SW Colorado Labor day weekend on a third choice tag I almost turned back in. I decided before turning it in I would take the family on a camping trip to the area to look around. We saw a few nice bucks my two year old daughter spotted the biggest one. I wasn't able to hunt the first week of the hunt. When I made it over there I hunted a couple of days and saw a couple nice bucks and few hunters then the weekend arrived and there were hunters everywhere I headed to an area I hadn't hunted or scouted but it seemed not any other people were in the area. I saw a small buck and then what looked to be a monster I snuck in closer and when I got in range and saw him up close I got a bad case of buck fever and couldn't even hold my range finder on him. I guessed the yardage and took the shot I hit him a bit back but he only went a couple hundred yards before going down. He ended up being just over 27 inches wide with great mass and tine length. I haven't had him scored or anything but I know he goes way up in my book. Thanks for looking and good luck on your hunts.

Great buck! More proof that a third choice tag in Colorado is better than many first choice tags in other western states. Amazing what happens when you have good management.

Very nice,Great looking Buck will be a great mount for the wall. Blood on the arrow is a always a good thing.

What about an etching of the buck in stone or wood that can be either on the wall or on a table, etc. An etching company can take a pic and run a it through a program that will etch the pic onto another surface. Not sure of the cost but it can't be more than a mount. Something different to think about. Just a thought.
