Taxidermy in Nevada?

is there any great taxidermy places in nevada, besides vegas and reno? i have a friend who wants one done in a FULL BODY but doesn't know who to go to. any suggestions?

no vegas no reno? i dont know who to go to outside of there but i will say try to avoid North Slope in elko. ive had them do some work and they were very fast with the turn around but quality was sh!* and their prices were high. if you decide on someone in vegas heads up is very good both with quality and competitive pricing but they take a while but you wouldnt be disappointed. a buddy of mine uses A1 taxidermy in henderson and has pleased with them.

What part of nevada do u live in because there are some good ones in southen utah that are close if you live in southern or central nevada

North Slope did an antelope for me 3 years ago and I was very pleased but they are more expensive than most.

Heads Up is working on a bear for me now. We'll see if they are as good as people say.

Don't know if you can tell anything by the looks of the studio but North Slope was pretty clean and organized while Heads Up was the opposite.

A plus in Henderson is a great place .They do all of our work and have never had a bad mount come back.Rick the Owner is a reconstructive artist as he calls it for the Clark County Coroners office .Gets lots of practice .

North Slope in Elko does great work but he gets a LOT of work from all over the world and his turn around time sucks and he is expensive. Your looking at two years to get a mount back. I now use Schiermeir Taxidermy in Filer, Idaho which is a suberb of Twinn Falls. They are always happy to get your bussiness and have competetive prices. fatrooster.
