Here are some bucks taken with an Outfitter from Wind River area this year. Look at the last picture this buck was only 26" wide, but very heavy.

smokey,
The e-mail didn't say if they were from the Wilderness just that with an Outfitter from that area.

Wow..nice bucks...I really love that area. I used to spend a lot of time in the summers up there fishing and never saw a single big game animal though i knew they were there. Must of always been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Not trying to discredit your story Kilo, but I believe those are greys river area bucks. Killed with Gary Amerine's Greys river trophy hunts.

Chesterwyo ~ Do you know if Gary Amerine has a web site, if so I am calling now!! Awesome Bucks..

Not Greys river trophies killed bucks. I hunted the season with gary, they did kill some nice bucks but not any of these.

MAN! THAT BUCK IN THE MIDDLE HAS SOME MASS!! i would shoot any of those bucks opening day! congrats

I'm sure that this one heavy Buck or maybe one of the others will show up later next year in the Wyoming Outdoors publication from WOGA in their annual contest amongst the Outfitters that belong to that Association.

I had the right area but the wrong outfitter. Those are bucks from Jackson Hole Outfitters camp. There was a picture of the 2nd buck down posted here a couple months ago.

I'm pretty sure that is in the Greys! One of the guides in the pics has worked for Maury Jones and the old Deadman camp

Congats,

Great bucks
That looked like a great time,I am jealous.
