Do some research on your own and come back with more specific questions. You will get more response. For instance, I could tell you to check out the "deer factory" area in the area around Meeker, but that doesn't help you much. Research an area, check out the hunter numbers, success rates, and public land in each game unit(all available on the Colorado DOW website).
Also, if you have some info to trade or a swap hunt, then pursue that angle. I have done well with swap hunts.
