By the way,
I live in UT.
There are a lot of UTARDS that live here.
I have also seen quite a few WYOMORONS, NEVADUHNS, COLORADORKS, ID-IOTS and AIRHEADZONANS in my travels.

Yes, I am getting it mounted and it is the same deer I posted before. It was a rough score of 186.7. Thanks I am so glad so many people can appreciate a buck like this.

Awesome buck! congrats.

Next time try to never put a deer cape/head into a plastic bag. Hair can start slipping real fast and can ruin your cape.

He wasn't in the bag for long, that is why I am parked in the shade haha. Just had to keep the flys off.

Guess not. lol It's a shooting sport and had a friend that used to call himself Reaper in it. Nice buck!

LOL - CAS stands for "Cowboy Action Shooting". Hunting and CAS are my passions. Both in the outdoors and involve putting projectiles down range.

Great desert muley.

One of the better that I have seen from that area. My dad graduated 8th grade at Bonita. Not many deer like that back then down there, and still not many like that today. Great harvest.

I was wheelin this afternoon and saw another almost as large. It was traveling with 4 does and two other smaller bucks. I guess that is proof that great bucks still make it from season to season ha.

I am retired military and takeing some time off to hunt and wheel. I will be working soon.

Oops, stuck my foot in my mouth on that one!!
Sounds like you deserve a few months off then!
Love the weather today!!!!!
Jeff

Not a problem haha. It is cooooooold!! I would hate to be sitting bow hunting right now haha.

I went out Fri afternoon and got snowed on (i Love it!) and bumped into a couple deer on the way out. One gave me a shot at 10 yards but it didnt have any 'headgear'.
This morning I went out to a friends spot and watched a really nice buck (4x4) chase a doe around for over an hour. THe buck took the doe from a 3x3, a couple other deer were in the area. watching ( a spike and another doe). It was a great morning and the first time I have been able to watch these whitetail for a long period of time and learn of their habits. By the time I put a stalk on them they started to bed, I guess next time I'll have to cut the observation time down to a couple minutes instead of an hour.

That a great buck, and to know that another nice one made it thru the seaon is just having your cake and eating it too. LOL

I have been out a couple of times now. I bird doged for my brother a couple of days ago and saw 2 twin whiteys both 3 points. But they never gave him a bow shot. They were truely a sight to see, even after all the hunting pressure big ones survive. I also saw a group of about 15 javalina, I will be ready for those next month. My sister saw a group of muleys yesturday and there was 3 big ones, one 4 point with a nice spread.

No, no relationship unless it is distant.
I come from the Vernal, Utah Hatch's.
