2007 Utah Archery Buck

Here is a buck that I shot in Northern Utah while hiking in to hang a stand for my dad for the upcoming elk hunt. Sorry I didn't have a camera with me and had to take the buck to town. Not a bad archery buck.

thats why i complimented him on a nice archery buck sorry for talking about something else. well lets here some details how far was your shot? what kind of broadhead where you shooting? and dont have to answer but where about in northern utah i hunted that area this year

The hunt was in the North Cache Unit in an area that I had attempted to put a stalk on a couple of bigger bucks on two occasions. Just couldn't close the distance. This guy was feeding about 300 yards from me heading over a ridge to go to his bed. I just checked the wind and made a big circle to cut him off. I was lucky with my decision and ended up with a 30 yard shot. He was quartering toward me and he ended up running about 200 yards, but the Rage Broadhead leaves a great bloodtrail. Pretty Cool
