Just because they took your hunting licence fee from your CC, doesn't mean you drew a tag.
They changed the rules this year, EVERYONE has to buy a licence before they can put in for the UT draw. Unless you have a Lifetime license...

I'm already planning vacation.
I saw some dang cool big horns today on my way home from Denver. I do think they might very well be the coolest of all big game animals. It made the trip worth it.

I'm with you... I also drew a UT tag already this year, and it will be SE Muzzleloader and I haven't even put in my application yet.
Best $500 bucks I've ever spent!!!

I would be willing to put up a very large wager that you in fact will get the coveted So.Region.
I do not see the Pauns in your near future. And to be honest, I'm not sure you shouldn't re-think the Pauns thing. I suspect there are a lot better hunts out there with better drawing odds. Just a thought.
For the record. I'll take the Pauns because I'm near by. I don't need a big rack. I just like the scenery.

I don't have a lot of choice. I am on the mandatory 5 year suspension errr waiting period for elk. I love the equal treatment of poachers and successful draw applicants. I thought about speed goat, but it will be wasted when I, make that we, draw AZ Elk this September. Could be a good year...chasing monster bulls on Unit 9 in September and 2 points on the coveted Southern region in October.
