LAST EDITED ON Oct-08-14 AT 08:57AM (MST)[p]Here is a another picture of my Wyoming Elk I got this year. My first with a bow. What do you think it will score?

He scores a "10" right next to the mashed potatoes! But really, i wouldn't even score him.........he's already got the "wow" factor with those devil tines! Nice bull!!

Great job! I am jealous.
I hunted Wyoming elk for 9 days and did not harvest.
Really cool bull, I would guess him at about 345-355.

Amen!

PS: But, if you're dying to score him, go ahead. Just don't let the tape tell you whether you had a good hunt or not.

Not sure if this will help but my bull scored around 300 has same devil points my bull is narrower then yours and my 1st, 2nd and 3rds are all each 17 inches longhttp://www.monstermuleys.info/photos/user_photos2/423720131207_150332.jpg

Great fronts. As stated before don't let the score weigh in on the great hunt. Because any elk is a great thing. Then add a bull and a bow and it is even better. Just take a look at Pope and Young. You are in if you want to be. My guess is just north of 300.

Good Bull, But he doesn't have any red feathers around Him.
305-310 seem pretty close.
Head back to SD the 9th of Nov.

I would love to come out to SD Gator, however I have to be in Colorado for an elk hunt on the 12th of Nov.

FullMetal it is amazing how much they look alike.

You guy's are pretty in tune to scoring from a picture. Myself and the guy I was with guessed him at about 310" to 315" give or take. I was walking on air when I shot him. My wife and I actually got to see him tip over about 50 yards from us on a little clearing. I will never forget that hunt.

Benhuntn it is amazing how similar they look I have a picture of my bull in velvet that shows his left side and looking at your bull the top left side has a twist in it as does mine they truly have a lot of the same characteristics but mine was shot in Arizona
