Can someone fill me in on this bull? When the pictures first started flying around the word was he came out of the Baggs, Wyoming area. Now a bunch of locals are telling me he is a unit 2 bull off the Raftopolous ranch. Anyone have the facts?

My money's on any state but colorado. We're famous for "remember, if u don't draw, you can always drive to colorado and buy an over the counter tag"

I've heard all sorts of rumors on this bull. I've heard he came from Wyo in unit 124 and a lot of people from Meeker are claiming he is out of Rio Blanco county. I'm just waiting for more pictures and the whole story to come out eventually.

A bunch of meeker people were saying pieance creek area and then it switched to unit 2 and unit 124 in wyoming to boot... The rumors around town were saying the Raftopolous ranch in two and my father talked to John Raftopolous the other day and he didn't mention a thing about it...

It is not the meeker bull at all! I saw that bull I person several times and have pics. The meeker bull was one I hunted for 3 years and spent over 22 days hunting and walked over 90 miles trying to kill.
It only went 370 and not nearly as big of tops! The meeker bull killed by a muzzy hunter!

Not a 22, 201, Meeker, 124, Baggs bull, or the ranch mentioned. Private land in NW Colorado. Big freaking bull though.

Wrong side of the state. This bull was all over on Facebook. It was taken near Purgatory Ranch in SE Colorado on private land with an outfitter.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-22-14 AT 11:31AM (MST)[p]I really & truly hate to call "photoshop" on a pic, 'cause you never know. But after looking the pic over close, it honestly looks retouched in several spots. Maybe I'm wrong but my guess it was a pic that "a bud sent to his bud" as a joke or a tease, and then the pic proceeded to spread on the interwebs as if it was real. If so, it's not really even that good of a photoshop job. The guy's left hand is offset to one side, not coming straight out of his sleeve. Those super-long 4ths and 5ths on the bull appear to have been "extended" in length by photoshop which blurred the shrubbery and backgrounds along the margins of the tines.

Anyway, I'd love to be proven wrong, 'cause it would be a fabulous bull. Anyone seen any other pics of this bull?

So we've narrowed down the bull was killed in Colorado and that's about it lol photoshopped, colorado bull, wyoming or Maryland for all the hell I know. Big congrats goes out to the hunter whose kept all us keyboard warriors guessing.

I know Clay, that bull is not photoshopped at all. It was not a guided hunt on Purgatory. It was in Colorado.

I'm pretty sure your info is wrong...

If it is not photoshopped, that bull has the longest legs and tines (most of 'em) that I have ever seen...must have looked like a giraffe standing up! :)
