Have a tag for the Manti late was wondering in anyone could give a little insight on good places on the north half of the unit.

I was up in an area that I know holds both herd elk and bulls this time of year and later. I saw what in my mind was a great bull. He was probably a 335-340 class 6 point with very nice main beams. I would be happy to share information with you on where I last saw him. There were several other smaller bulls with him too. PM me if you're interested. Good luck!

Not uncommon to see bulls looking south from the intersection of hwy 6 and hwy 89 at Billy's mountain. Some private down in the bottom but not that difficult to get around it.

Lots of people on here know more than I do, but my experience is, if you are seeing lots of cows, you are probably looking in the wrong place.
I went on that hunt with a friend a few years back and our Manti late experience was that the big bulls generally go off on their own and look for rough nasty country to hang out in and lick their rut wounds. I don't have any specifics on where those places are because we never found them.

Best of luck!

I have some family that has told me that they have located 2 very nice Bulls, as well a handful of smaller ones where we hunted them on the muzzy hunt. If you are still looking for help when you get this let me know and we would be glad to try to get you on one of these bigger Bulls.
