Northern Utah Deer feeding

The DWR will start feeding deer Saturday. Priority areas are:

Ogden Valley
East Canyon
Morgan/Rich
Kamas/Oakley/Heber City
Cache

Those who want to help in the Cache area contact Greg Blotter 435 757-6775.

The meeting to get the coordination efforts, where feed can be picked up, etc. will be Sat. morning at 10 a.m. at the Ogden DWR office.

From there, as Greg Blotter said, local sporsmen will lead the efforts to get the work done.

Who can I talk to, about helping out in Rich County. I could pick up hay/coordinate some volunteers in this area. Also, I would be interested in donating as well.

Its great to see the DWR/SFW helping our deer herd.

270, The DWR was not planing on feeding for now in Box Elder. Not as much snow. This may change.

i saw a herd of elk friday night on sardine that could hardly plow through the snow, they give up and headed back the way they came. why dont we feed before its to late
