Once again, these guys give hunter's such a bad reputation. As much as I want cat's controlled, this is not the way to do it. At least the fines were steep, ya right....$3,000 and probation!? What a joke!!!

Hey, check it out again.
Loncarich gets 27 months in the pen and the fines paid by the three guys totaled over $13000.00 and they lost 2 trucks!
Yes, it should have been even more than that but at least they got caught.
Well done Feds, Colorado and Utah fish cops!

I was wondering what happened to this story. Thanks for posting it up.

These guys disgust me. As the article said, there were no sportsmen involved in the "hunting" of these animals. These are criminals. Plain. Simple.

As someone who frequents the Book Cliffs, it makes me wonder what other crimes these guys have committed out there. I'm sure poaching of other species is nothing after what they were pulling with lions and bobcats.

Three of the clients are the ones that paid 13K in fines.
Not sure what he lost except for the truck.
Seems like the clients got hit harder than the guides, they must of had proof they knew what they were doing wrong.
