What is so special about the limited draw for area 82? When you can hunt it with a general tag during the regular season?

The deer migrate into the lower country in this unit later in the year, also bucks from the colorado side migrate into this unit,and a lot less hunters.

The Colorado deer don't really migrate through the wyoming side. They usually head to the sage flats north of craig. As for everyone thinking that the deer migrate into the lower country your right, but a lot of the transition zones between summer and winter ground are private. You may want to look for an outfitter. There are still a lot of elk hunters running the roads and a few do make it off the roads.
