2007 Colorado Mount (pics)

I got my Colorado buck back from the Taxidermist yesterday.. I am VERY VERY pleased... A big THANKS goes out to Paul Pennie, (BLT) for his talent as a taxidermist in making this buck come back to life. The Euro mount inside the pedestal was a buck I killed 2 years ago. The walnut pedestal was built by a cabinet shop in Lindon, Utah.

Thanks alot you guys. The euro inside was my idea. Packout did such an awesome job doing the euro, I had to put put it on a walnut stand. It just so happened, that whole thing fit inside the pedestal. (Just barely)..

Thanks again guys. I'm pretty grateful for the luck I have had over the last couple of years and how much good friends were the key to making it possible. Everytime I look at this mount it will bring back some awesome memories with Brian (Founder) and a trip that turned out perfect.

I can't say enough about Paul Pennie as a taxidermist as well. When I killed the signature buck he was the first one there to help me get him out. He even gutted it for me, caped it, and helped me get it back to civilization. Hell, I think he was more excited then I was! You won't go wrong if you have him do your once in a lifetime trophys.
