Youth elk success!!

LAST EDITED ON Sep-21-15 AT 09:30PM (MST)[p]After four days on the mountain we finally got it done. It's my daughters first big game animal and a nice bull to boot.

It was a fantastic hunt that we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

Check out the last photo. The cows didn't know what to do without their fearless leader. Hopefully they quickly found another herd bull.

That is a great bull. Congrats to you and your daughter. My son has a muzzy tag that opens the 25th and he cant wait for it. It will be one of those hunts that well remember for the rest of our lives too. We'll post pics after the hunt.

Great bull..!! These youth elk hunts could surely produce a lot of good memories and opportunities for the teens our there. I hope there is still opportunity like this in 10 years when my oldest one is finally old enough to hunt big game...
