My niece drew this tag this year. I know during the early hunts the elk are up high, Tropic Res. Area. My question is do we hunt the same area, or do we go lower. I have spent a lot of time on the south end and never have seen an elk. I know there is a lot of private in the mid section. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks
