EXPO TAG/TAYLOR ALBRECHT???

LAST EDITED ON Jan-07-16 AT 10:25PM (MST)[p]Ya I can post a few pics for ya. I can usually do them from my phone but it's not allowing me to tonight. Check back in the morning and I will throw some on here for ya.

So like the subject says I got lucky and drew an expo tag at the 2015 whce. We hunted hard and on the 6th day of the hunt I got lucky turned this bull back up and ended up harvesting him. 2 days before I had a shot at this bull and missed so I was pretty fortunate to get a second chance at him. Lots of help from family and friends went into this hunt and I cant thank them enough for all the help.

Thanks Goofyelk, Teri is a cousin of mine last I heard he has moved. I have heard two places one was that he moved up closer to Loa and the other down to Texas.

I am tickled with the bull for any unit. With it being an expo tag and having no elk points I treated it as a once in a lifetime tag. I set a goal of 350 type bull or bigger and put in alot of time and miles. For the unit I figured 350 type bull would be like killing a 380 type bull on a premium unit. I blew my goal out of the water and couldn't have done it without family and friends (especially one of my best friends Mckabe) on my side. Just like always there are a few things you cant see from pictures. The things the picture doesn't show the best is his mass and the broken first on his left side. The bull must have shoved a stick into his horn while in the velvet and he has a hole and the stick still in the end of his g1 adding some character to him.
