Thanks for that Pic guys! While I don't need a guide (Thats been handled by Family that spend the entire summer up there with cattle and sheep) It's great seeing the photos of Bulls on the Unit!!

Great bull, unique!
He won't be growing for another 1 1/2 months though. By mid july he will be done. It takes time for the antlers to harden then he will be rubbed by mid august at latest.
From that pic, he has about 3 weeks of growing left.
Good luck, hope you have a client get an chance at him.

Very nice bull. I shot a bull on the wasatch with the exact same antler configuration as this bull in your pics. My bull had the exact same split G2 on the exact same side. Mine was a 7x7 though. He had a cheater between his G5 and G6 on his right side. I wonder if this could be the offspring of my bull, as the manti is not that far from the wasatch. Is this a bull on the north end of the manti?

I hope a few great bulls survive this fall so I can chase them in 2017. With 15 points I should be able to draw a non-resident early rifle tag there next year.

I love the split brow tine. That is cool. I care a lot more about the character of the antlers than what they score.

Keep us updated on his growth. It should be fun to watch. I personally have a hard time guessing how big a bull will get when they are in growth mode.

If you guys think he only has two weeks left then that's definitely not a monster, here in n.m. these guys have four or five weeks left. If that bull pictured above has four weeks left he's big,two weeks left not so much.

regardless it will be a nice bull. Love the split brow, i would let my wife shoot that bull any day cause i love character

Yes it is a nice bull, unique for sure. But when I click on a thread titled "giant bull" I'm a little disappointed and was expecting to see a giant bull.

WOW!
I will make sure & add a intro post next time asking what I can title the post, "Big Bull", "Avg Bull" "Little Bull" I am sure it would be something different to everyone of you.
Sorry for not getting clearance on the title.

This is a great bull for the Central Mountains Manti!

Keep posting your pics UBGO - I for one enjoy them!! Most of the dudes on this site are posers any way and wouldn't know the difference between a giant bull and a big bull any way :)

+1 Keep them coming ... It keeps me excited.... And send me the location of that bull... I know it is too small for some but on MM every bull is a 320 bull didn't you know?

UBGO Don't listen to the Mine is bigger then yours crowd, they are just over compensating :D (kidding guys) On a different note after thinking about it I want to go after that bull so I would love GPS Coordinates to the Trail Cam and the Drainage it is in :D

Again joking but that bull is defiantly getting me excited for this hunt.

+1 it just gets me excited to get down there. If any of these guys looked you up they would see that you know what a big bull is.

Hes a great looking bull , I think he's going to grow more than two weeks after that pic was was taken is my point. Please continue posting pics my friend greatly appreciated. The comment above talking about every bull on m.m. is a 320" bull? Is 320 considered big in your state?

It's an inside joke within a community of habitual posters on the forum...

+1... I don't post much but have been a lurker for over a decade... There are some absolute monster bulls in UT and in most UT LE Units. In my eyes a Monster is 370+ ... Many units have 400+ bulls. The key is getting a coveted tag and spending a lot of time on the mountain ... Then throw in a lot of luck or Money your pick.;-) But here on MM the only size you will see the internet scorer and "habitual poster" score is "320"... :D, Keep the pics coming they are awesome.

Of course he'll post pictures, as long as there are hunt spots left to be booked. It's called advertising!

UGBO, how big do you think this bull will be when he's finished? It's always hard for me to tell when they still have time to go, just because different bulls finish off differently. Either way, he's a cool bull and a shooter on the Manti, IMO.

First of all, those pictures were from June 20, ten days ago. From June 20, that bull should easily have 4-5 weeks of growth left. He's gonna be a darn nice bull, one nearly every elk hunter should be happy to have an opportunity to take. I'd happily take that bull, and imagine most experienced elk hunters would too.

Nobody is arguing he's not a nice bull. I'm sure it's a good bull for the unit.
I'm still waiting for an answer on what he thinks is a giant? Will this bull go 370+? Will it go 350? Does it even matter? I am just turned off by an outfitter trying to book a hunt advertising giant when I see a 340 bull with a split G-2.
Sure some people will view this bull as a giant, just like some people think a 26 inch 160 buck is a monster.
If I'm hunting for a giant, I let this bull walk. Just like I let 330-360 bulls walk on my Boulder archery hunt.
That's just my opinion, sorry I hurt a few Internet feelings.

Jfour or five weeks of growth left after that pic was taken for sure, that was my biggest disagreement of the post, somebody said only two weeks to grow???????? Negative, and I see him finishing between 330 and 340, which is a respectable bull no doubt , but not a monster. Either way, cool pics man.
