CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH

It is one thing to have idiots that are campers who do not clean up their camps but fellow hunters drives me nuts.
We went up to put some cameras Thursday for my limited Entry elk tag and found a place that a bear hunter set up some bait for their hunt. It is sad that they left their bait jugs and bags and ropes at their site.
Come on people this is getting ridiculous. If you are going to hunt clean up your trash.

Growing up up north I knew plenty of people leaving that stuff chained to the tree all year, between fall and spring bear season there were small gaps between using it and the rest of the year it was under 6 feet of snow. What really gets me is beer cans, water bottles, Gatorade bottles and just general trash. It's crazy how much trash there is to be found in the mountains.

I Wouldn't get too Excited until they set it back up just before your Hunt & Scatter Elk From HELL to BREAKFAST!

Not sure how you feel this is hypocritical
That makes no sense. I took out their trash off the mountain.

Yep, I hate trash in the mountains and make an effort to pack out the trash of trashy people. I cuss them under my breath the whole time however so I'm losing points in heaven. hahahaha

But you are earning hunting carma Zeke. I'm a little fanatical when it comes to litter. I just notice anything and everything. If I was a cop every cigarette droping car would be pulled over.

Doesn't Utah require bait sites to be registered? Wyoming requires that bait sites be cleaned up after season is over. Easy to find the culprit that way...

Yes they do and that's a great idea. Hopefully the OP took pics and will take the nest step.
