Spotted this guy 4th of July. Only a three point with one weak tyne. Think he will go 30" by the time he is done growing?

I wouldn't think so, but he'll still be a nice buck. Give him a few years and he'll be a dandy.

If his ears are 24 inches he looks like he might be 3 inches out on each side, thats 30 i think he is 29 or 30.

Utah public land. Here is a few more from that morning. Left at the house at 5:00 am and was back by 10:00 am. Went to the parade in town and had some great BBQ of local beef and then went to the fireworks show that almost started a brush fire. Fun 4th! Notice the one little buck with a big club for a horn on one side. Sorry about the confusing layout, I'm new to posting photos.

The buck to doe ratio in my area seems to be up quite a bit over the last couple of years from what I'm seeing. Another hot dry rifle season might help some of these 2 and 3 year old make another year. I think the 5 day rifle season has helped some or at least there seems to be some correlation.
