I think they're the guys who bought Rusty Boogers out a few years ago. if so they should be doing a good job and they have the means to get you where you need to be.
That said if there was a decent elk hunt in WY that a NR really didn't need an outfitter on this is one of them. I won't say you're not going to have higher success and get a bigger bull with an outfitter because I think the odds are you will. but you can do it yourself if you wanted to .

I have talked with them several times the last couple years and the Expo and ISE shows but just couldn't afford a guided hunt. I told them that and they were still very helpful and really friendly guys and suggested some areas to check out (non-wilderness). I know of 1 other outfitter in 45 that I talked to several times and have seen one of their camps and I'd definitely go with Big Horn if I was to do a guided hunt there.
