This is the first time I applied for LE tag in Utah. I received my draw result today and my first choice says withdrawn and the second choice says unsuccessful. What does withdrawn mean? Also I applied as group with 2 other hunters.

utahbigbull your statement turned on a light bulb. I applied on my own at first and then I withdrawn my application, so we could apply as a group. Hence why the first one is withdrawn and the second was unsuccessful.
