Idaho Unit 1

I'm thinking of heading to unit 1 in Idaho in mid November. What are the chances of finding a muley if I go high? I see 90% of the kill is whitetail.

I have hunted Unit 1 a few times. I have seen very few mule deer. But I did see about a 170 class muley at the check staition one year. There are a few but not many. We saw most of the mule deer up high near the washington canada boreders.

Thanks Tag, I'm going to keep my options open--find a spot that is within striking distance to some high country but have a back-up plan for whitetail. Thanks for the response.
