I am currently putting together a book regarding the Top 100
non typical and typical mule deer. I have been working on this book now in the last 6 months and has been a bit of a process. For any of those that can help me out regarding the buck the cuurrent owner and his where abouts, would be very much appreciated.

I've probably killed or guided other hunters on about 30 of those bucks (I passed up another dozen or so of them while holding out for something bigger and talked to the hunters who later killed them), so I have a pretty good idea on the contact information for a lot of them.

Shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do to help.

P.S. I know where the next top 7 bucks are living right now, including the new world record. You may want to hold off on publishing that book until next year...

:)

Sureshot, you are one funny SOB. You should change your handle to Sureshi% because your posts are full of it.

I have the #96 all time Typical (according to B&C 12th Edition). Go ahead and shoot me a PM or email if you have any questions.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-30-08 AT 05:35PM (MST)[p]Publishing the book is likely going to take another year, but by
listing this information on this forum may speed things up a little bit, so thankyou for any info.and details of the buck you may have. If you could send me one or two pics. w/ a discription
of the buck and history of who and how it was harvested would be the utmost appreciated. In return I will be giving you the finished publication of the "Top 100 Typical and Non typical Mule
Deer". My email is [email protected] (my business name ).I am currently the owner of what used to be the Rainbowsendbb mule deer collection, including the "Mundy Buck". For those that wantsome original pics. of the Mundy Buck from the time it was harvested, Call me anytime @ 435-216-8126.

Not really, you just gotta know which guys are always joking, and which ones are joking half the time! I'm one of the 50%ers, Sureshot is one of the 100%ers lol.

>are you the new owner? or
>the old poacher owner?
>if answer is #1 sorry
>for ?#2

What the hell kind of question is that? You better start explaining yourself Pilgrim!

Steelheader, I know exactly what your asking and your correct and
I myself talked to Ryan Hatfield because several months ago someone else had informed me about the poaching incident as well.
Yes the previous owner did get caught poaching a few years ago.
( Mr. Mathews ). As of 11-07 I have owned the mule deer collection.

Because the former owner of the Mundy Buck(owner of the B&B in Idaho) was busted for poaching a trophy class buck in Idaho after season. Might be pertinant to some people not wanting to associate with that element.

Not to get too far off subject, but I was wondering if anyone has a book in the works of the top 100 typical/nontypical turtles. You'd probably get a lot of interest around these parts in something like that. I'm just sayin'.

I have a HUGE red eared slider. I can't post a picture because I am afraid a team of specialized hunters would lead a killer into my kitchen to claim the prize. Ron

thanks AZ, I thought it important for some to know. I hope it all goes well getting your information, and good luck on the book! I'll take one of the first copies....... John ''tony'' wayne needs a chill.
